I run all the time both short distances and long. I have run the Boston Marathon the last few years and I am always looking for areas of improvement. Nikki and Sonya from MotusX recently brought me in for a movement assessment. It wasn’t long before they were able to show me how frozen up I was. They sent me home with only one assignment for a particular stretch that would rapidly open up my stride in a natural way. Within a week of starting the stretches I ran the fastest 5 miles I had ever run, besting my old time by a full minute. Movement really is medicine. It’s actually better than medicine. I am excited about addressing more of my limitations with the help of MotusX. I am looking for a faster, healthier, more movement free me.
