Nikki’s innovative philosophy of movement health is what led her to begin Motus X to impart a change in the way our culture views aging and ability. She is able to glean the truths from many different movement theories and principles and make application across all ages.
A note from Nikki:
My passion as a movement health specialist is to help my clients view their health through a different lens. I want them to see what can be done to help them live healthier, more active lives well into their ‘Golden Years’. I want to see people blessed with the ability to play with their kids and grandkids and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. It is my goal to impart a change in the way we view aging and what normal aging should be. I want people to see the new normal and the difference it can make in their lives.
